At Stoneheart, we only use top quality materials to craft our pieces. We use all natural stones and source them from the Tuscon gem expo every year. It is the largest gem show in North America and vendors come from around the world to sell their stones. We hand select every stone that we use. All of our findings and custom made pieces are sterling silver and 14k gold, we don’t use any plated metals.

All Stoneheart products are covered by a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If there is a manufacturing problem, contact us first and then send it in to us and we will repair it or replace it free of charge. *This warranty does not include basic wear and tear or water damage. Do not expose your Stoneheart pieces to harsh chemicals or environments. Our precious metal pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals and environments can alter the appearance of the piece.
Shipping is free on all orders within the continental U.S. and Canada. Orders placed outside of the continental U.S and Canada may require shipping costs. In stock orders are sent out 1-2 business day after payment is received.
Items purchased through our website can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase with a sales receipt. The Merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
